How to introduce yourself
There are no advertised vacancies on this page. A speculative message is an introduction for possible future collaboration, not an application to an open role or a promise that work is available. WEY’s main focus is designing and building business websites, so relevant experience may include interface design, front-end development, motion, writing, photography or illustration. These are examples of useful skills, not current job listings.
Send a short note about the kind of work you do and the way you would like to contribute. A focused portfolio is more useful than a long list of tools: choose a few projects, explain your role in each one and describe the problem or brief you were working from. If a project was collaborative, make your contribution clear. Share links that can be viewed without a login and only include work you have permission to show.
It also helps to include your location, availability and preferred working arrangement, such as freelance, project-based or another form of collaboration. Tell us what kind of website or design work interests you and what you are hoping to learn or make next. You can write to [email protected] with the subject “Working with WEY”. Keep the introduction direct; there is no need to prepare a formal application pack when no role has been announced.
